Your New Role:
- Lead and contribute to pivotal projects impacting Asset, Liability, and Capital Management processes, including the introduction of new financial products, group-wide initiative execution, and pivotal regulatory submissions.
- Craft and monitor detailed dashboards that track project status, risk assessments, budget allocations, and strategic plans.
- Dive deep into process and business analysis, ensuring all elements are thoroughly vetted, streamlined, and aligned with best practices, delivered with precision and efficiency.
- Forge strong alliances with IT to facilitate timely system enhancements and updates, ensuring seamless process integration.
- Rigorously measure and document the impact and benefits of systems and processes, maintaining impeccable standards of documentation and validation.
- Elevate the Asset, Liability, and Capital Management teams by understanding the complete production process, introducing standardization, and advocating for best practice adoption.
- Oversee and resolve all production issues, working closely with Application and Infrastructure Support to ensure the robustness and reliability of our financial infrastructure.
What You Need to Shine:
- A robust foundation in project management, with a deep understanding of banking operations, Asset, Liability, and Capital Management, and corporate banking.
- A solid background in change management and large-scale automation projects within the banking and financial services sectors.
- Proven experience with system audits and IT project management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization, building rapport and thriving under pressure.
- Technical prowess in ETL tools such as SAS, Python, Informatica, and relational databases like Oracle and SQL.
- Relevant professional certifications (CICA, MCA/MBA/BCA/ B.Com/B Tech) with substantial experience in leading financial services or accounting firms.
- Proficiency in English, with proficiency in French seen as a significant advantage.
