Position Overview
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a fundamental role in shaping this banking institution’s transformative processes. Your role will revolve around managing requirements, design, change and implementation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to bring about effective and innovative solutions. This opportunity to lead design workstreams and other resources will add substantial value to the organisation and its strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with delivery partners and subject matter experts to gather, translate, and clarify requirements.
- Define design options and support software delivery and IT operations.
- Manage change management activities and reengineering projects to ensure sustainable growth.
- Guide and supervise other global transformation analysts, SMEs and resources.
- Lead design workstreams or teams to optimise the implementation of business changes.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an outstanding analyst, consultant, and/or project manager
- Good understanding of global transformation business transformation frameworks, Agile methodologies, and best practice techniques
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry
- Experience in gathering requirements and conducting design activity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively liaise with senior stakeholders and sponsors.
- Degree in Business Information Systems or a related field (preferable)
- Willingness to work towards Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) qualification.
