Your Role and Impact:
As a pivotal member of our Chief Control Office (CCO), you will play a crucial role in enabling our bank to operate within its risk appetite by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. This position offers the unique opportunity to partner with top-tier cybersecurity teams to deliver strategic, risk-based outcomes on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the Global Chief Control Office, supporting the Global Head Technology Chief Control Office.
- Drive robust risk management practices and control governance, ensuring transparent and clear cybersecurity risk management across the organisation.
- Play a vital role in supporting the CCO operating model, including service catalogues, procedures, and toolkits.
- Lead a team of advisers, guiding senior management on operational risk management.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in Cybersecurity, Architecture, and Data.
- Engage in strategic projects and initiatives, enhancing our risk and control decision-making and frameworks.
- Champion continuous improvement across the CCO Tech function, influencing the development and implementation of future-fit risk management frameworks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in cybersecurity/infrastructure technology.
- Deep understanding of non-financial risk frameworks and experience in risk and control reviews.
- Comprehensive knowledge of technology such as architecture, platforms, and cloud.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in global, regional, and market roles is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex issues concisely.
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
