Our client is offering an opportunity to drive action and deliver high-quality ESG reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all disclosures.

Your Role and Opportunity: As the ESG Reporting Manager for Europe, you will be instrumental in coordinating the production of key ESG disclosures, driving continuous improvement, and building trusted relationships to facilitate robust, balanced, and informed reporting.

By maintaining awareness of industry and regulatory developments in ESG disclosure requirements, you will champion innovation and continuous improvement in our finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production of external ESG disclosures and drive the optimization of ESG processes.
  • Develop effective relationships with stakeholders in sustainability, strategy, risk, and financial & regulatory reporting.
  • Address senior management queries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive action and deliver high-quality reporting.
  • Ensure strong controls around data integrity and accuracy for all ESG reporting.


What You Need to Excel:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience within Finance in a major institution, ideally with quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
  • Proven project management and business analysis skills, including lean processes and governance structures.
  • A commercial outlook with the ability to connect numbers, performance drivers, and real-world events.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial sector’s business strategy, operations, and structure.
  • Highly motivated, with strong people and communication skills, able to develop and articulate a viewpoint when working with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, resolve problems, and respond effectively to emerging issues.
