A globally recognised banking institution is hiring for a PMO Business Analyst. The candidate will be involved in delivering remediation of the Customer Profitability ECB OSI, providing a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to not only a significant local project, but to international operations as well.
Position Overview
As an integral part of the management team, the PMO Business Analyst will bring their expertise to deliver remediation actions and process changes. As part of the Project Management Office, the role-holder will lead change initiation, business analysis, design, and delivery in alignment with the global Change Framework.
Responsibilities
- Establish a PMO to support the ECB Remediation projects in line with global best practices
- Be the custodian of Change Framework standards and methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement in workstream service delivery
- Perform detailed business analysis supporting the remediation activities
- Manage implementation of governance standards for global projects in line with PMO governance standards
Requirements
- Graduate level education, preferably in business or finance
- Relevant Project/Programme management certification such as PMP, Six Sigma or Prince 2
- Experience in regulatory-driven projects is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong knowledge and delivery expertise aligned with Change Framework standards.
- Proactive decision-making and strong interpersonal skills
