Our client is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Delivery Manager to support their mission of enhancing the integrity of regulatory reporting within Europe. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building a robust and sustainable control environment for prudential returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Position Overview
As the Regulatory Reporting Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a sustainable regulatory reporting framework, ensuring that IRR control standards and design requirements are correctly and consistently implemented across the relevant scope of reporting. You will manage plans, milestones, and delivery to drive the execution of IRR deliverables, working closely with various teams to enable effective coordination and communication.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of a sustainable regulatory reporting framework
- Ensure IRR control standards and design requirements are correctly and consistently implemented
- Manage plans, milestones, and delivery to drive the execution of IRR deliverables
- Support budgeting, resources, and analysis to prioritise activities and deploy resources
- Collaborate with Reporting Operations, Policy, Financial Control, Group IRR Programme teams, and program partners
- Track progress against the plan and monitor delivery against KPIs
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required
Requirements
- Strong programme and project management experience and knowledge
- Significant experience and knowledge of regulatory reporting, process, and controls
- Understanding of the role of regulators and the purpose and context of regulatory reporting
- Finance and regulatory audit background desirable
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA/CIMA) or similar educational qualification preferred
- Capability to solve complex problems and take initiative to spot improvements
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and structured way to suit the audience
