Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high-quality recovery and resolution planning reports, reflecting the latest regulatory policy and standards.
- Engage in constructive dialogue with stakeholders across the business to gain insights and deliver change initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise to inform decision-making processes and operational strategies.
- Support testing of recovery and restructuring processes, ensuring consistent improvements and innovative developments.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Recovery and Resolution Planning Reporting Business As Usual leads.
- Ensure adherence to management actions standards and controls, safeguarding the company’s operations.
Requirements
- Proven background as a finance professional in a large-scale financial services entity, with a focus on Financial Accounting.
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, Financial Reporting (Finrep) reporting, and regulatory reporting.
- Professional accounting qualification or a finance-related management degree coupled with relevant experience.
- Minimum 8-10 years experience and knowledge of European Central Bank/Single Resolution Board reporting requirements as an additional advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
