Position Overview
In this role, you’ll lead the documentation and execution of regulatory reporting controls, aligning them with the organisation’s risk appetite and recovery objectives. You’ll work closely with teams across Functions, Global Business Lines and Legal Entities, ensuring high standards, and achieving excellence in regulatory compliance. Your impact will have far-reaching implications, helping the company continue its growth and influence in the global banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the documentation of regulatory reporting controls and recovery planning processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for aligning regulatory reporting controls with recovery planning initiatives.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of data used in regulatory reporting and recovery planning.
- Proactively engage with peers and senior management across Functions, Global Business Lines, and Legal Entities
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with reporting, recovery, and resolution planning activities.
Requirements
- Experience in documenting complex information related to regulatory reporting and recovery planning, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
- Expertise and knowledge in Risk, Liquidity or Capital planning
- Experienced graduate/post-graduate in Treasury or Finance reporting areas
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
