Position Overview

The chosen individual will champion the resolution reporting function, leading a dedicated team to meet the reporting requirements as dictated by the regulators. This key position requires active collaboration with stakeholders within the bank and across various locations, extending to headquarters. It provides an excellent chance to spearhead improvements and enhance controls around regulatory reporting, whilst paving the path for other areas of RRP based on individual interest.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the resolution reporting team to meet reporting requirements, liaising with regulators including the Single Resolution Board (SRB)
  • Foster robust relationships with stakeholders and contributors across all locations within Europe, collaborating with the Group HQ
  • Oversee the establishment of resolution reporting, driving the institution of enhanced controls around records and Legal Entity regulatory requirements
  • Spearhead a team of resolution reporting experts to deliver quarterly and annual resolution reports
  • Maintain high-quality output, ensuring all processes adhere to regulatory policy and standards

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in regulatory reporting with expertise in documenting complex topics
  • Understanding of Risk, Liquidity and/or Capital subjects
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Treasury or Finance reporting fields
  • Prior experience in leading teams; a minimum of two years is desirable
  • Superior interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication abilities
