As a Vice President in Reporting Ops, you’ll shine in a role central to the global banks Europe Regulatory Reporting team, managing rep requirements and ensuring compliance. You’ll drive quality in ECB and other reporting, providing expertise and leadership.
To excel, you’ll need:
- At least 10-15 years of experience in finance, with a focus on Regulatory Reporting or Financial Reporting at a large-scale financial institution.
- A strong academic background in accounting, economics, or finance, complemented by relevant professional qualifications.
- A deep understanding of the intricacies of regulatory or financial reporting, including capital, liquidity, RWAs, ARB, FINREP, and knowledge of ECB reporting standards.
- Expertise in control roles, designing frameworks for risk processes, and ensuring robust control environments.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with various bank stakeholders to drive desired project outcomes and process improvements.
- A keen eye for detail and quality statistical skills to analyse trends and interpret numeric data effectively.
- Proactive in adapting to new regulations, implementing changes, and enhancing the efficiency of existing processes over time.
