Our client, a renowned global bank, is seeking an experienced VP – GTPM Hub Site Lead to join their team in Krakow, Poland. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a crucial role in supporting the Global Utility Hub Lead and ensuring effective third-party risk management practices.
Position Overview
As the VP – GTPM Hub Site Lead, you will serve as the local point of contact and interface for the Regional Hub, acting as the management interface between the GF/GB and the Hub. In this role, you will collaborate with the Hub Demand Manager to ensure that third-party risk activities are allocated to the appropriate resources and that actions are taken to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Support the Global Utility Hub Lead by acting as the local point of contact and interface for the Regional Hub
- Work closely with the Hub Demand Manager to allocate third-party risk activities to the right resources and ensure actions are taken to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Review analysis, MI, and reporting produced by the Global Hub MI team, identifying key themes, trends, or risks that could impact the achievement of organisational objectives
- Engage in frequent liaison with a wide range of stakeholders
- Influence stakeholders within the business to create an environment of robust, proactive, and risk-aware business operations
- Align practices and governance structures with the TPM model to share and absorb best practices
Requirements
- Extensive management background within a third-party risk role, preferably within financial services, operating at a senior level within an operational role
- Prior experience in setting standards/control frameworks and the effective management thereof
- Prior Third Party Risk Management-related operational risk experience with a financial institution, regulatory agency, or major consulting firm
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstration of relevant industry experience
- Strong written and verbal skills and fluency in English
