Our client, a globally recognised banking organisation, is searching for a versatile and experienced Capital Risk Analyst (VP of Treasury Risk Analysis) to join their dynamic team based in Krakow, Poland. This captivating role calls for a skilful candidate with a solid understanding of treasury risks and a proven track record in capital risk management.
Position Overview
In this role, you will lend your expertise to the Corporate Treasury & Finance Risk team, contributing to the management of Treasury activities regarding Capital, Stress Testing, Recovery and Resolution. We look to you to participate in strategic decisions, analysing key capital procedures and reviewing risk management policies along the way.
Responsibilities
- Implementing a granular program of capital second line of defence
- Analysing and challenging key Capital processes and the programs of work
- Contributing to the management of the Capital Risk and Control Library
- Supporting oversight of Regulatory Reporting Risk (IRRR) for Capital
- Actively challenging and assessing the regulatory capital requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience of capital risk management within a significant international organisation
- Profound knowledge of capital regulations, reporting requirements, and risk management
- Mastery in extracting valuable insights from extensive data sets
- Advanced knowledge of bank reporting requirements, data lineage, systems and architecture
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and teamworking skills
