Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking an experienced Europe Senior ESG Reporting Manager to join their dynamic team in Krakow, Poland.
Position Overview
The Europe Senior ESG Reporting Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compliant external ESG disclosures, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive reporting excellence and support the wider climate strategy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure fair, balanced, and understandable Europe external ESG disclosures
- Drive design, execution, and documentation of ESG disclosure controls
- Develop and manage controls and assurance process for quality reporting
- Support wider HSBC climate strategy and engage with key stakeholders
- Plan and execute production of external ESG disclosures for HBCE
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ finance experience at a major institution
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting
- Commercial outlook connecting numbers, performance drivers, and real-world events
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and capable of independent judgment
- Project management skills, including lean processes and governance structures
- Quantitative degree, ideally with professional finance qualification (Accountant)
- Fluent English (written and spoken); French language skill advantageous
