Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking a talented AVP, Senior Engineer to join their AI & Data Science team in Poland. Position Overview
As an AVP, Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and implementing Python-based AI solutions for the bank’s AI modelling frontend and backend. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create synergies, contribute to end-to-end design and planning, and ensure compliance with the bank’s standards.

Requirements
- Strong experience in frontend and/or full stack development
- Proficiency in Python, Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Experience with Next.js, React/Angular, and TypeScript
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in writing technical documentation and test-driven development
- Knowledge of finance, quantitative finance, and AI/ML (preferred)
