This well-established financial institution is seeking a skilled Full Stack AI Engineer to join their team in Krakow, Poland. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that drive the organisation’s success in the financial services industry.
Position Overview
As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Python-based AI solutions for the organisation’s AI modelling initiatives. You will leverage Large Language Models to build innovative GenAI applications that support the finance department’s objectives. This position requires a balance of technical expertise and collaboration, as you will work closely with tech leads, business stakeholders, Quantitative Analysts, and IT teams to create synergies and contribute to end-to-end design and planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Python-based AI solutions for frontend and backend AI modelling
- Utilise Large Language Models to create GenAI applications for the finance department
- Deliver both prototypes and production-ready applications, ensuring compliance with organisational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech leads, business stakeholders, Quantitative Analysts, and IT
- Contribute to end-to-end design and planning of AI solutions
- Ensure compliance with the organisation’s standards and best practices
Requirements
- Strong experience in backend and/or full stack development of large-scale web applications and systems, preferably using Python
- Proficiency in building, deploying, and testing Generative AI applications
- Experience in frontend development using technologies such as Next.js, React/Angular, and TypeScript
- Backend development expertise with at least two of the following: Python, Flask, FastAPI
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of writing technical documentation and test-driven development
- Familiarity with finance, particularly quantitative finance, is a plus
