Our client is currently seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their team in Krakow, Poland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of a critical application for credit transactions.
Position Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and continuous improvement of our client’s credit transaction application. You will collaborate with a talented team of developers to introduce new functionalities, automate processes, and integrate the application with other systems. Your expertise in Java, microservices, and front-end technologies will be instrumental in delivering a robust and efficient solution that meets the evolving needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the credit transaction application using Java and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Implement microservices architecture to ensure scalability and flexibility of the application
- Collaborate with the team to design and develop new features and functionalities
- Integrate the application with other systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Optimise application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of the application
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React or Angular
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
