Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive customer data management initiatives across the bank.

Position Overview
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in producing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the realisation of the bank’s strategic goals in customer data management.

Responsibilities
• Produce business requirements to inform future state design
• Write user stories, epics, and business requirements
• Understand, challenge, and develop business and customer goals
• Collaborate closely with business and feature teams
• Coach, mentor, and manage junior colleagues
• Articulate and quantify business impacts for informed decision-making
• Manage analysis of complex, cross-franchise, and pan-group requirements

Requirements
• 10+ years of business analysis experience
• Experience working in the banking industry
• Thorough analysis skills
• Experience working across multiple processes, systems, or franchises
• Understanding of customer data management
