Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Data & Analytics Office (DAO) and drive high-complexity projects that support their data-driven strategy. Position Overview
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in planning, mobilising, and driving high-complexity projects from definition to closure, ensuring alignment with the wider change portfolio and DAO strategy. They will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver projects that enhance data quality and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Plan, mobilise, and drive high-complexity projects
- Ensure project alignment with change portfolio and strategy
- Influence project approaches and build stakeholder buy-in
- Lead change initiatives and establish robust project governance
- Partner with Scrum Masters for agile facilitation
- Manage effective project delivery by resolving risks and issues
- Manage stakeholder relationships across different markets and GBGFs
Requirements
- Exceptional understanding of data quality remediation and lifecycle management
- Excellent knowledge of financial institutions and regulatory requirements
- Extensive project management experience (8-10 years) with complex global projects
- Strong stakeholder management and impactful communication skills
- Proven delivery of on-time and on-budget projects
- Experience in applying Agile methodology and certifications (e.g., SAFe)
- Familiarity with the organisation’s standards and processes
- Impeccable written, verbal, and presentation skills
