Our client, a world-renowned banking and financial services organisation, is currently searching for a Senior Finance IT PMO to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting contract role based in Krakow, Poland, that offers a healthy work-life balance with its flexible working hours.

Position Overview

This role’s primary function is to provide comprehensive financial management, including actuals, accruals, forecasting, and budget tracking across different areas. You’ll be the touchpoint of the organisation for portfolio P&L, coordinating and implementing workforce strategies, and handling the Third-Party Engagement processes. Towards this effect, accurate reporting and data management are integral to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of cost base and drivers
  • Manage and update forecasts, keeping the organisation aligned with actual vs projected figures
  • Coordinate Pioneer MMP and NPP plans
  • Take charge of financial reporting and analytics
  • Lead third-party engagement processes, including managing SOWs, contracts, cost board approvals, invoices, and other related documents

Requirements

  • Operational, Planning or Financial management experience
  • Familiarity with Pioneer, Discover, GPDM, Clarity, Cognos, Jira, and Confluence
  • Proficient in financial management and reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on metrics and figures
  • Experience working on a global scale with remote teams
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plus
