Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking a proactive Senior Non-Financial Risk Manager to drive effective risk governance and control within their Finance function in Krakow.
Position Overview
As a Senior Non-Financial Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the bank’s risk management framework by supporting the delivery of Finance Risk and Control governance, engaging with global teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of Finance Risk and Control governance
- Improve Global RCA assessment processes and methodologies
- Engage with Global Finance NFRO Programme team
- Identify, monitor, and resolve Issues and Actions
- Drive effective Finance COO Risk and Control Governance
- Provide Quality Assurance on governance reporting outputs
- Track and manage open issues/actions and audit points
- Support risk and control data capture and analysis
- Undertake ad hoc project management and analysis work
Requirements
- Experience in Operational Risk, Control Office or Audit
- Hands-on experience with risk and control assessments
- Prior experience in management reporting and analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley compliance procedures (preferred)
