Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Treasury Transformation & Management Office Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Krakow, Poland. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their Treasury function and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Position Overview
As a Treasury Transformation & Management Office Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving the execution and governance of Treasury initiatives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that plans, resources, and financials are aligned and tracked effectively, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies. Your expertise in programme management and your understanding of the banking industry will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes and driving benefits for the organisation, its customers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that Treasury initiatives, plans, resources, and financials are agreed upon and tracked appropriately, with clear escalation as per defined governance
- Support the execution of programme governance for Treasury initiatives, including reporting lines into other change and governance forums
- Manage mechanisms to identify, log, action, and/or escalate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies at programme and workstream levels
- Track dependencies to/from other programmes and ensure that resource and cost plans for Treasury activities are up to date
- Facilitate timely onboarding, offboarding, and extension of resources
- Maintain HSBC internal controls associated with the role and ensure compliance with the HSBC Change Framework, including relevant non-financial risk (NFR) considerations
Requirements
- Strong programme management skills covering the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, or strong experience in planning and cost modelling
- Deep understanding of banking / HSBC and how change drives benefits for the organisation, its customers, and other stakeholders
- Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification
- Excellent problem-solving and execution skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and the capacity to present information professionally
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a finance function is a significant advantage
- Ability to build strong relationships with other teams that have dependencies into/out of Global Treasury
- Knowledge of Treasury or ALCM business is desirable
